Inside Sales Manager
A leading manufacturer of commercial and residential lighting with nearly two decades of excellence and high-end service to the lighting industry has an immediate need to fill the Inside Sales Manager position.
Position Description: Inside Sales Manager, under the directive of the Director of Sales and Marketing, is responsible for the supervision of the inside sales and customer support departments. The objective of the position is to develop and implement sales strategies and deliver excellent customer care. This position will support the Director in managing major customers, identifying new markets and generating sales leads to steadily expand the customer base of the company. The Inside Sales Manager shall interface with the marketing team in managing product promotions and market events, oversee sales projects and interface with sales reps from different regions and territories. Will also do review and analyses of sales reports and make recommendations to the management.
Qualifications: The position requires excellent knowledge and solid years of experience in the lighting industry. Must have at least 3 years experience in sales holding a managerial level position or its equivalent. Familiarity with the residential and commercial lines will be a plus. We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication, presentation and management abilities. Business or Electrical Engineering education is preferred but not required. We offer highly competitive compensation and benefit package on top of sales and annual bonus.
Operations Manager (OM)
The OM directly reports to the Director and functionally to the President. The OM supports the business owners in developing and executing business decisions in the operations level. This role requires effective planning and execution of key result areas in a quality-driven environment. The OM insures that the daily manufacturing and sales activities are carried out in the most efficient, friendliest and cost-effective processes. On a daily basis, the OM reviews the receiving, production and shipping schedules. The OM oversees a continuing program of business developments as well as employee training as necessary to improve work performance and overall productivity of all departments.
Qualifications: The position requires excellent knowledge and solid years of experience in the lighting industry, specifically with the industrial, commercial and residential lines. At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing holding a key position in operations/production. Business or Engineering education is preferred. Candidate must possess adequate experience and knowledge in production planning, project management,and quality system.
Sales Manager
The sales manager, will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing and will be assigned to manage a separate and new division to oversee the recently patented product lines. DMF is investing in a series of strategic product launch and positioning for these innovative products that are tagged as breakthroughs in the industry. The sales manager will function independently and will play an important role in all key initiatives and brand-building activities including the establishment of sales structure to cater to the growing customer base. The position will heavily liaise with the inside marketing team and outsource marketing services when necessary.
